"Honest and caring OPD experience"

About: The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore)

(as a relative),

My Brother who has an serve brain injury required a review of his hip replacement.

Mr Grewal was open and honest and explained the possible results we could gain. He listened and heard our concerns and the impact the fracture had on quality of life and his candour around what was possible was refreshing. He engaged with my Brother and us and did not make us feel rushed or inconvenient in our questions. A kind. caring compassionate surgeon who really heard our worries and was open and honest in what was possible. We left feeling confident and fully informed on options.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a such a wonderful review of the RNOH.

Our team of clinicians and backroom staff work very hard to ensure our patients have first class treatment.

If you could let me have the name of your consultant I would like to pass your compliments on to their team.

Kind regards.

We were under the care of Prof Harts team. It was his Registrar that I refer to in my care opinion feedback.
