Today I went to this department and waited nearly 2 hours to have my blood taken. When I saw the consultant they then requested I have my blood taken at my GP surgery and the results sent to them at the hospital.
Does this cost my GP more for my care?
Sorry I would not give Stafford Hospital a good review as the department were 3 Phlobotomists down today. Surely this a management issue? If 3 have been allowed leave at the same time knowing how busy this surgery can and normally is?
