"My son has been involved in every step of his audiology care"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Ear, Nose & Throat (ward 3b)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son has been attending Audiology for approx. 7 months. During this time he has had to have a hearing aid fitted. I truly believe that the way he has dealt with this is due to the approach by Rhiannon his Audiologist. He has left the department every time feeling very positive and happy despite his hearing issue, he has been involved in every step and Rhiannon really listens his concerns and always puts him at ease.

Always leave with a clear plan and always receive a summary through the post.

Excellent service.
