What I liked

I came in via A&E and was immediately dealt with in a caring and professional way. The Dr who saw me in A&E was efficient and kind and discussed fully my proposed care and treatment.

I was then admitted to AMU, where again I was looked after very well. Later that evening I was transferred to Ward 3. At all stages the nurses explained to me what the plan was for my treatment.

The staff on Ward 3 were exceptional. My named nurse was extremely kind and thoughtful and provided excellent care. Following my procedure I returned to Ward 3 before being discharged.

Throughout all of my treatment and movement through the hospital I found all of the staff to be helpful, caring and professional.
