"Met with rudeness"

What could be improved

The nurse at the pharmarcy greeted me with "What do you need? We're closed."

She glanced at my prescription (did not take it in her hands) and said "We're out of XXX.".

Eventually I was served by someone else.

Rudeness is unacceptable. All I did was present my prescription.

Anything else?

Protocoles regarding patient care should be followed. Staff who persistently refuse to follow them should be disciplined.
