What I liked
I was more than satisfied with the way the staff looked after me, but I found it very misleading to be told to take a dressing gown and slippers and then not need them because the managers had moved the goal posts. If they must change the running operations, then they could at least keep up with the paper work going out to patients. Having been at ward 4, 3 years ago, I discovered the set up was different but not the amount of time spent sitting around, it makes for a very long day when you have to travel some distance.
What could be improved
A whole different appointment system.
"necessary treatment, unnecassary waiting around"
