What I liked

I recently attended the urology department with a follow up appointment at endoscopy suite for flexible cystoscopy. I would like to thank the consultant his registrar and his team for the attention I received. Each and every person I came into contact with from reception to treatment room treated me with respect kept me informed throughout the procedure and explained in detail the results. I wasnt just a number I was a person! Thankyou to everyone concerned.
