I attended for a CT Angiogram and was met by a very friendly receptionist, then CSW and Senior Charge nurse who all put me at ease.
The Cardiologist and Radiologists showed empathy and compassion explaining everything to me and helped to relax me before, during and after the procedure.
Many thanks to you all, where would we be without the dedication of all who work within the NHS?
