(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel happier after I have seen my worker.

I feel I am in my comfort zone when I am at ORB.

I can't think of anything that needs changing.

I always feel welcome.

I don't feel judged.

My worker Tina took me to my GP when she saw I looked unwell.

Thanks for take the time to give us your valuable feedback. It is great to hear about the support you are getting from Tina and our service and that you feel in your comfort zone. All staff really try to delivery their day to day practice within our core values, so it is great to get feedback Tina is doing this by being non-judgemental, caring and welcoming. As service manager I am pleased Tina went over and beyond to ensure your needs were met via your GP. Keep attending and getting the support you need.
