Treatment very good.

I was treated with respect.

Sometimes I felt angry, embarrassed or upset but I think this is part of the treatment.

Thanks for sharing your experience of accessing our service. It is good to hear you felt our staff treated you with respect and professionalism. We try really hard to maintain these values even in challenging times, as you mentions sometimes they have to deal with people who's issues can present in anger and varied emotions, but our job is to work with this and channel these negative emotions into something more positive and productive.
