What I liked
Offered tea & toast afterwards.
What could be improved
Kept hanging around for 5½ hours for a procedure that took less than 30 minutes. Worse still was the fact that no-one bothered to explain what was happening!!
There was no need for me to attend at 8am when I wasn't seen until after 12!
