What I liked

I was taken ill in Wheathampstead, ambulanced to Welwyn Resus. and subsequently transferred to the Coronary Care Department at the Lister. The whole experience was extremely professional, smooth, efficient and comforting for both myself and my wife who was shown incredible respect, compassion and helpfulness. Please convey to those concerned at both sites and to the ambulance service on both journeys, our very grateful thanks and admiration.

We're so glad to hear that everything went so well at what will have been an incredibly worrying time for you and your wife.
