What I liked

After a knee arthroplasty on 18 July, I spent 48 hours in ward 9.

I want to draw your attention to the very high standard of care and concern shown to me by all the nursing team. Despite long hours their good humour, kindness, energy and professionalism never wavered and I want to thank them all very much.

What could be improved

The night staff, who were noisy with banging doors and loud talking even in a closed room!
