What I liked

I attended the Bowel Screening Unit and would be happy to recommend this unit to anyone. Everyone I came into contact with from the reception staff to the nurses and the consultant are very caring and considerate. I was extremely nervous and the staff went out of their way to talk me through what was to happen and put me at ease. I would like to say thank you to all of the staff and if I have to visit again I shall do so confidently.
