VERY VERY poor treatment standards

Little respect for patient or family

I was told 'no one here at this time of night'...this was 4.30pm

patient discharged too early and in a terrible state despite family and former carer pleading that he not be discharged.

More troubles on discharge than he went in with, no explanation or follow up.

Patient told not to drive for 4 - 6 weeks by consultant...nurse told him to drive in for next appointment , which will involve an anaesthetic...hmmm how would he get home then?

No respect for older people or anyone else for that matter

Anything else?

No one willing to take responsibility for errors

I get a far superior level of service from the vets when I take the dog in.
