What I liked

I’d just like to write and say a big thank you to the staff at the Childrens A&E at Wexham. My 9 yr old son broke his collar bone today and was seen amazingly quickly by a wonderful team at the hospital. He was scared about having the xray because he knew it’d mean moving in to painful positions. The staff were totally understanding and went miles out of their way to make him as happy as possible. Everyone listened to his concerns and reassured him. Thank you.

Again, I can’t say thank you enough. I have no idea how the staff at the A&E, or any nurses for that matter, do their job to such a high standard and keep smiling.
