Anything else?
My comment is to do with my appointment tomorrow to Charing Cross Hospital where I am to have blood tests and some nerve tests. My appointment has been made this week over the phone. I spoke to a very nice and helpful lady, but I could not understand totally the directions she gave me despite asking her to spell things several times - I just couldn't quite get what she was saying. I do not wish to complain about her at all, that is not why I am commenting here. Instead I thought that there would be some help on the website. The website has so much on it, but nowhere can I find simple directions eg. where is the North Wing? where is the South Wing & where do I go for my nerve tests? what is the ward called where I am to have my bloods done on the 10th floor of the North Wing? Simple information which would mean I could visit in confidence and find my way quickly. I have spent half an hour or more searching and can't find any directions for inside the hospital at all - do you think we only want to know about directions outside and not inside the hospital?
Last of all, trying to leave a comment I find that there is not an appropriate place to do that either - this is intended for people to comment on their stay in hospital - which is not what's bothering me! Maybe I missed the place to comment - but I looked and looked and couldn't see it. That's all thanks.
