Overall great experience.
The nurse in the pre surgery unit was good. I felt listened to and cared for. the Anaesthetic care and the whole team was exceptional. The predischarge focused on in and out not people.

Dear Mumat30

Many thanks for your post on Care Opinion and your comments about your hospital experience and the staff in the Day Surgery Unit.

However, I am sorry to read about the pre-discharge process being focused on ‘in and out’ rather than the person and I will share this with the General Manager responsible for Day Surgery.
