What I liked
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
What could be improved
The doctor I saw was rude and agressive to the point of being abusive. As a visiting tourist from Australia who had been given what was deemed to be correct advice about what our options were for seeing a doctor on a Sunday in London, imagine my surprise at being scolded repeatedly for "wasting" the time and resources of the NHS, enhanced by the nothing more than perfunctory review of my symptoms, a complete lack of communication about what the diagnosis might be until pressed, and then scorn when i dared to ask for some further information required by our travel insurance provider. I thought the Australian public health system left a lot to be desired until i had the quite frankly disgusting treatment from this poor excuse for a health care professional. Thanks, you will forever be remembered as the rudest, nastiest doctor i have ever had the displeasure of meeting, but on the plus side, i now view the Aussie public system much more highly, so not all is lost.
"Shocked, disgusted, and quite frankly amazed at..."
