The standard of nursing is exemplary, relating both to professional knowledge and also general care and kindness. As a patient I knew my health and feelings were central to all practice and I had confidence that I was being looked-after by experts.
Other staff were motivated, industrious and cheerful, Everyone apparently knows their responsibilities and takes them seriously, working as a team.
Cleanlng and infection control routines were thorough, above expectation. Catering services were very good and menu choices were healthy and palatable
