About: Adult Mental Health Services / Eastvale Resource Centre & Day Hosp

Over the years I have tried to seek psychology services help for past trauma and abuse, and it just never really clicked for me.

Until now.  My current psychologist seems different somehow to my previous psychologists. Over the past several months (and over the coming months) I have been attending regular appointments, using techniques and skills taught by my psychologist daily to help me cope better day-to-day.

So much so I am confident to return to work full time and have made arrangements with my new employer to continue attending psychological services.

I would like to thank my psychologist for their ongoing help and care and hope that I can continue with the same psychologist in future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your experience with the Rutherglen/Cambuslang Psychological Therapies Team at Eastvale Resource Centre. I am pleased that you found Psychological Services to be so helpful, and that you have been able to return to work. It is good to hear that your employer is supportive of you continuing to receive support from your psychologist.

I would just like to add even though the service is under major strain due to the amount of people needing help and ongoing care. Everybody I have dealt with has been accomodating and helpful which is one ofthe reasons why I have found the service more effective this time around
