What I liked

The staff in the A&E helped me superbly. They gave me a very comfortable bed for last Sunday night in A&E and then transferred me to the Avonmore Ward quickly kindly and efficiently. All the staff are kind helpful and supportive on the Ward notwithstanding the very difficult behaviour of some of the informal patients. The bed and the room are of the highest quality even in spite of the continuing and unreasonable cost constraints placed on our NHS (the three words used by our beloved leader not). Please ensure all the staff see these comments and thanks for responding to my unusual humour with such bonhomie. Multumesc till later today CD

What could be improved

The unclean behaviour of the other informals even although I do understand that we all have our own psychiatric compulsions.
