On entering the hospital Has a NHS patient I was welcomed by a nice receptionist who treated me with respect when taking my details.
I was shown to my room on the ward by a member of staff . The Nurse and Hca came in and introduced themselves and I was admitted .
I was updated frequently with what was happening . The ENT surgeon and Anaesthetis was very informative on my care . I was treated with upmost dignity and respect from all staff in the anaesthetic room and instructions given at each step. After the operation I was in recovery and a lovely theatre assistant was caring for me.she had a great bedside manner to put you at ease. my care post op was brilliant very attentive. The food was very well presented and very tasty. The discharge did not take long and I had a follow up appointment booked. I cannot fault the whole experience . Thank you to all who looked after me you are all amazing at what you do.
