About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

What I liked

The staff were friendly and helpful and we were left feeling that they knew what they were doing.

What could be improved

The signage and information in outpatients could have been much clearer. I arrived with my elderly and confused father having not been to the hospital for years and was faced with a long (ish) queue and no information to tell us whether we should join this one queue for every clinic and no-one to ask other than fellow patients. Can I suggest that you put up a large clear notice to tell people where they should queue for the clinics to cater for first time visitors like us?
