What I liked

My partner had her own room and was wel informed about proceedures etc. The care was brilliant! Medication was brought to her, on her departure, without the need to queue at a desk.

What could be improved

There was a bit of a mix-up over surgical stockings. This was resolved, but not until she was in the anesthetic room.

Anything else?

However much the staff are paid, it`s not enough. It`s just a shame that the service will probably suffer, in the near future, due to the co-elitions` wicked public service cuts.
