"Extremely rude and patronising doctor"

About: St James' Surgery

I was recently at the St James Surgery regarding blood pressure. The Dr I saw was rude and patronising. The doctor would not give any time to explaining medication or possible alternatives and preferred spending their time trying to make me feel stupid.

I then had several months trying without success to get my prescription delivered to a convenient chemist which meant I went without my vital medication. I am now in the process of moving to another surgery

Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear of this experience and if you would like to contact the surgery directly I would be happy to hear about the problems you have experienced. I do not have a record of a recent appointment, I understand your medication problems were resolved as soon as possible and the last medication ordered was in September.
