What I liked
The accommodation was bright and comfortable. Information given at all stages of the admission, treatment and discharge. All staff very approachable, supportive and friendly. Consultant and his team in the treatment area quite exceptional - reassuring, humerous (appropriately), efficient and 'slick'. Kept informed throughout the procedure and a very good follow up conversation with the Consultant. The staff work incredibly hard, non stop and care about each other. The CATH Lab is a fantastic Unit - this was my fifth visit so I should know!
What could be improved
Turkey white bread sandwich - stale bread and tasteless
Anything else?
The CATH Lab should be given an Oscar
