"Has to be one of the worst GP sugeries ever"

It literally takes 4 months just to book an appointment to be seen it hasn't always been like this,(by then symptoms are gone or either deteriorating). All the Dr's that are really good are leaving, which I was not aware of until I tried to book an appointment with them, as no one tells you beforehand! A certain Dr is not sympathetic or considerate when breaking bad news, for example I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year and was still trying to come to terms with it and when I had a check up with this Dr they said something along the lines Diabetes has to be the worst health condition to have, and also said things to make me feel even worse.
