"Rude drs"

I needed to see a dr regarding an injury, had a telephone call as no appointments left at 8.45 am after 15 minutes of a busy tone, the Dr was rude, didn't listen to what I was saying and made me feel like I was lieing about my injury! Hung the phone up when I was asking a question which left me fuming. Today I can't even get an answer on the phone it just keeps ringing and this at 12 pm. On a positive the nurse I see is lovely and I couldn't fault them if I tried. Will be leaving this surgery if I can get into a different local one
