"Poor service"

I attend this surgery regularly for problems when they occur.i have had a pain in my groin and testicles and swelling down there.hurts to move.told the gp this and the doctor keeps telling me its arthritis and its not as I have a lump.

The doctor didn't bother examining me at all.one told me I had curvature of the spine and I don't as the xray showed I don't.i think I have not been treated right.the gp here is no good.they need better training and needs to listen better.dont really listen properly just wanted to send me off work and tell me to rest.rest makes it worse so silly thing to say.
