"Great service from Endoscopy Team, New Victoria Hospital Glasgow"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I was referred for an endoscopy by my GP, received a letter within a week for an appointment 2 weeks later. Everyone in the clinic, nursing, medical and reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained clearly and I felt supported throughout the procedure with the results given straight away. I did not have sedation and was in and out within an hour an 10 minutes of my appointment time. The staff seemed happy in their work and the atmosphere in the department was very calm and positive. Thank you!
