I transferred from another surgery a while ago due to the doctor's retirement i have found the surgery very efficient, and have nothing but compliments to say of all the staff and the pharmacy i have noticed that some patients are very rude to the staff one was a drug addict and the other was very immature which is not very pleasant for anyone let alone staff working under pressure being unwell is no excuse for rudeness.
