"I made a call to the doctor' s secretary last..."

I asked them that on my discharge note from hospital has a new drug regime which was never forwarded to boots on my request. Have been without pain relief since last Wednesday and am in a lot of pain and feel very angry and upset with this practice and need it sorted out today or I will make an official complaint to the medical board.. As I have been housebound find it also discussing that a sick note can't be posted to me or need a Taxi to pick it up. For £7 ! Need urgent attention this morning.
