What I liked
I recently had to visit the EPAU at Queen Alexandra because I had a pregnancy issue. They discovered I was having a missed miscarriage, at 8 weeks pregnant. I had a consultation and followed up 10 days later with another scan to confirm it. I was made aware by the nurse of my options to continue with my miscarriage, and revisited the hopsital a week later to discuss with another nurse my care. They both made sure I was fully informed of my choices, and dealt with me with kindness, understanding and caring, despite being busy. I have been followed up on since, and I would say to anyone who has to go through this hard time, that it was made so much easier, if it can ever be, by the dedication of these ladies. The ultrasound technicians were also very understanding and comforting. I hope to see these ladies again, just for more positive news next time!
What could be improved
