"Hospital That would rather save money than..."

The Doctor Was Friendly!

What could be improved

Empty A&E department and still a slow service

clean hospital beds preferably without somebody else's blood splatter on the bed frame and on the matress

listening to pateints about whats best for them and not the hospital saving a few quid

Iam appalled about the way my partner was treated at royal preston hospital. We waited in the a and e department for an hour with my partner in mortal agony. I mentioned this to the secretary and she said we were next and low and behold two more people went through before us who had just arrived. None of these pateints were in pain or had anything serious.

When we finally got my partner onto one of your hospital beds in a side room to my horror there was blood all over it. My partner didn't want to move beds as she thought it might take more time to recieve her morphine for pain relief and cause her more pain to move. I have taken pictures for my solicitor.

We never got any pain relief for my partner after being promised for 4 hours. She got sent home with antibiotics for a water infection which she clearly hasnt got as she is still in pain. we did mention this at the hospital but you know best. Wrong wrong wrong the patient wanted further tests and you failed to listen. If anything serious happens to her its on your head .

the only thing i can think of is that your trying to save money , cant be bothered or just pathetic.
