"Reception staff awful"

The reception staff are terrible and think they are qualified doctors. They are also very rude.

On one occasion a bus did not turn up and I was late for my appointment, the woman on reception told me it was my fault I wasn’t late and told me to come back another day, the waiting room was literally empty, and after a minute or two of me arguing with her, she marked me as arrived and the nurse called me in within a minute. The nurse didn’t even care about my lateness.

On another occasion I called the surgery as I wouldn’t have enough anti-depressants until my next doctors appointment, I was asked how many I had left and she said it didnt matter and that I could last for four days without them! Obviously don’t understand how anti-depressants work.

Can’t fault the doctors however, the doctoris brilliant and so understanding! Listens to you and knows the best course of action!
