"Exceptional doctors surgery"

I would like to write an honest review about the Crown, I have been at this surgery for about 17yrs, and my mother and grandmother were patients before me, the treatment and service they received was exceptional, nothing was ever to much for either of them. After my mother's passing the doctor personally rang me to say how sorry he was to hear of her passing, how many G.p's would actually do that and if I needed any help I could ring him. My daughter has been suffering from anxiety and he chased Talking Therapies and she is now having CBT! My husband has been waiting for a knee operation which was taking a long time and he was in agony and after contacting the doctor he now has an appointment for his operation next Friday, thank you very much for all you do and also we must remember that doctor's are only human, ??
