"Blood test waiting times"

I am extremely dissatisfied with the length of time I ha e had to wait for a blood test today. I often have to have a blood test prior to clinic and normally wait 30mins - 1 hour. Today I waited over 2 hours. In the space of an hour only 3 numbers were called. It's ridiculous. Unfortunately I have no other option living near newark and last time I got the test done at Newark my consultant could not access the results. This needs to improve.
