What could be improved

I visited The Minor Injury unit on Saturday afternoon with my 12 year old son who had broken his toe. The nurse who dealt with us was extremely rude. Her tone of voice and her bedside manner was appalling.

I have been to this hospital several times before and have never had any reason to complain until now.

I shall be writing to the hospital to give this nurses name and recommend that they talk to her about her attitude.
