What I liked
The cleanliness, pleasant surroundings (Ward 12) & unfailing courtesy, good humour & professionalism of all staff.
What could be improved
I cannot think of anything.
Anything else?
I am surprised this ward closes every weekend & can only think it must be a bit of an upheaval for staff & patients.
