What I liked

This was my second eye operation this year. On both occasions all the staff from the surgeon down were reassuring and very professional.

There was no undue waiting around and everything was done efficiently and within reasonable time.

What could be improved

Anything else?

My only complaint is that on both occasions I was told I would have a follow up appt in 2 weeks and on both occasions when my appoiintment came is was for 6 weeks post op
