About: Castle Hill Hospital

What I liked

I couldn't have asked or expected more. So grateful, apart from my comments below which is a shame as it is a blot on an otherwise wonderful unit.

What could be improved

I found it very distressing and offensive after first being diagnosed and admitted to the oncology unit ,that people were stood smoking around the entrance to the building ..

This practice should be completely banned and the no smoking rule enforced. (you have the policy in place) If smoking has to be allowed for the minority of patients and visitors that have an addiction they should be given an area out of view where their smoke does not reach others and create such extreme offence.

it was totally unacceptable to be subjected to this seeing people with drips and a cigarette in their hand, particularly at the cancer hospital. Inexcusable for visitors!!

Please can the appropriate enforcers implement your policies that are created to protect others.
