What I liked

We had to visit with my 4 year old last week as she had been bitten by a dog. It was very stressful for all of us but the staff were very calming and very kind. There was a lovely childrens waiting area and also more items for distraction while she was being treated - the bubbles were a favourite! She was given a Bravery Award (which she is very proud of) and also a teddy bear for being so brave. I would just like to thank the nurses for their care and concern.
