"Mary Ward"

I have recently had a short stay in Mary Ward, I found the staff to be most helpful and caring.

The only point I would make is the staffing levels seem to be all over the place one day 3/4 staff looking after the bay and the next one member of staff.

It’s clear who the regular staff were and the agency staff didn’t really care as much.

The one female nursing assistant who thinks it’s a good idea to put radio one on at 6am should maybe rethink this; another member of staff turned it down and over when the song words were slightly inappropriate! Maybe she will walk down the aisle to radio one !

On a more serious note the team were excellent and I felt very much cared for and my dignity was respected at all times
