"Frustrating and traumatic but thanks to Dr Eisakka..."

What I liked

Having been refered to the Max facs department by my dentist following a very difficult and traumatic extraction we were unfortunate enough to find that there was not anyone in the clinic to attend my problem. One of the nurses in the Max facs advised me to see the Urgent care team to get my pain under control.

I saw a doctor by the name of Mohamed Eisakka who treated me with the utmost care and compassion. I was prescribed analgisia and told to return if any of the problems persisted. Unfortunately the pain and discomfort continued throughout the night and a return visit was required the following morning.

Again we were fortunate to see the Same Dr Mohamed Eisakka who then bent over backwards to get a refererral made for me to attend East Grinstead Max Facs department where Facial surgery was required but without the persistance of Dr Eisakka I would still be in extreme pain.

I would like my thanks and gratitude passed onto Dr Eisakka who is a Doctor with whom many can learn from in how to treat and speak to patients in a way that shows they really matter.

What could be improved

Not all Max Facs doctors to be on holiday at the same time. This would have prevented a painful and lengthy journey to Queen Victoria Hospital at East Grinstead.
