What I liked

I was referred by my own dentist for guidance in treating a condition of my mouth lining. Not only was this provided quickly and very effectively but the consultant went on to diagnose underlying conditions too. I cannot praise her enough. I feel that for once I have been looked at as a 'whole person' and have been treated with the utmost respect throughout from all including receptionists nuses and students. The Consultant has even telephoned me directly with test results when this has been appropriate and involved me in every step of the way. All this has enabled me to be succesfully referred on to other appropriate specialists too. What a fantastic professional service this hospital has provided for me.

What could be improved

I have found disabled car parking a bit of a problem.
