What I liked

I was oh holiday in the area, and had a severe asthma attack after visiting Paignton zoo! I have a treatment protocol at my local hospital, but the treatment I recieved here was 100 times better. The staff contacted my local hospital, which I was amazed at, they followed the protocol exactly, they talked through all decisions made and listened carefully and respectfully to my views and concerns...I hate hospitals! They reassured me at every step of the way and even though I was on my own for some of the time in a strange hospital I never felt anxious at all. Thank you. Consultant was great as was the specialist registrar.

What could be improved

nothing - critical care outreach and EAU 4 and A and E were amazing
