"Fantastic and i would trust them with my partner..."

What I liked

Whilst in hospital my partner was treated with the best care that he could have asked for. Anytime he had a question very busy consultants and registrars were on hand with answers and reaasurance. i have nothing but respect and thanks for this department. The ward was extremely busy and very narrow and the staff were busy at all times. Staff did a wonderful job from the students to the consultants and i cannot praise them enough. Totally patient focused care and understanding.

What could be improved

Resources, equipment to let them do the job that they do so well already but to make their dedication to good care and support easier to carry out.

Anything else?

Please dont ever lose the good focus that you have it makes your department so successful.
