About: The James Cook University Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I went to the University Hospital of Hartlepool on 31/10/17 to see a consultant regarding dizziness.

I was referred to JC hospital for balance tests and had them done on 08/01/18.

Hartlepool Hospital are still awaiting these results.

After several telephone calls between myself and ENT department at Hartlepool the results have still not arrived.

Is there a problem

I am very sorry that the Ear, Nose and Throat Department at The James Cook University Hospital has not yet provided Hartlepool Hospital with a copy of your balance test results as agreed.

Please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01642 854807 who can help to resolve your issues.

The PALS service is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm excluding bank holidays.

When PALS officers are dealing with other enquirers, you may reach the voicemail.

Under these circumstances, please leave a message with your name and contact telephone number and an indication on the most convenient time to ring you back.

We look forward to hearing from you shortly and in the interim, please be assured that the department has been made aware of your comments.
