What I liked

on Aug the 9th I had a fall and attended A/E and the servive I received from everyone from the receptionist through to medical and nursing team was first class it was friendly, kind and effiecient. Thanks to everyone concerned, I hope the team get to hear from a very happy customer.

What could be improved

Sign posting and parking to enter A/E -simple when you know - but as an out of area visitor it was frustrating and I ended up ducking below a barrier to avoid the longer walk around to the correct access route whilst dripping blood !

We are sorry you found the signposting confusing. Southampton General is a large site with a complex series of extensions and regular building and improvement work. This means we are continually reviewing our wayfinding and directions and your experience is helpful for us planning future improvements.
